Tony Balsamo, the salesman who assisted me in the purchase of my car, was very knowledgeable as he explained the various features of the car, and was very patient while I made up my mind what I wanted. Once I decided what I wanted, he went to great lengths finding a vehicle that matched my needs. Twice Tony showed me how to operate the equipment in the car, both at my initial test drive and again when I picked the car up. The price he quoted was the price I was charged. She told us exactly what the payment would be and when we returned to pick up our MKC the payment was exactly what she stated (did not happen at other dealers, price was always higher!). She took the time to show us how to operate all the features that came with the car and made sure we knew how to operate everything before we pulled off the lot. He got us the deal we wanted and actually made the experience enjoyable, rather than painful, like in other dealerships. Everything we agreed to was what was put on paper. No gimmicks. Frank D'Amato, the sales manager, followed up with us before we left and explained our options for car care upgrades. He honestly recommended what would be best for our needs and didn't try to sell us anything unnecessary. Definitely a class act. I picked up my Fusion yesterday and look forward to working with this dealership for years to come! More

He knew the car inside and out and never rushed us or was inpatient with us with all the questions we had. The best part was the price he gave us was exactly the right price, I was able to check on it with a friend who owns another Ford dealership in another state. I was truly amazed that you can actually get the right price without haggling and having to see the sales manager. The place is great and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a Ford or Lincoln. More
