When he was showing us the cars you didn't feel railroaded at all, and once we had made up our mind as to which car we wanted he went over the deal with us and took the time out to make us feel at ease and satisfied, for this we thank him. After we had taken delivery Tony went through the features and the workings of the car, until a colleague came and set up the blue tooth for my phone for me. So our overall initial experience with Ford has been a very good one and Tony Balsamo played a very important part in that. More

I was having a problem with the passenger side mirror blind spot indicator operating inconsistently. Some times it would fail to come on when a car entered my blind spot. Other times it would come on and blind spot indicator operating inconsistently. Some times it would fail to come on when a car entered my blind spot. Other times it would come on and not go off after the car passed. Compounding the problem, it would sometimes operate properly. Karen, the service advisor assigned to this appointment was both courteous and sympathetic. Equally important, she communicated by phoning status reports until the source of problem was found. Kudos to both Karen and the technician who found and corrected the problem in such a competent manner. It is not pleasant to have a problem but it is reassuring that when one does arise it is handled so well. Vic Horowitz More

The cleanliness, greeting from the front customer representative and the waiting area. We just drove our new car, 2014 Lincoln MKZ AWD off the lot. Our family has been with a reputable German car company for years and so have many of our family members. This is out first Lincoln, and it is surely, not our last. Sales product specialists Suzanne Kingsley and Karen Hesdra were professional, well-versed and a pleasure to work with. After the papers were signed, they introduced us to a representative named Danielle (not sure of last name) who took her time to explain every detail of the car and it's amazing and impressive technology. We've driven the car less than 15 miles thus far. But was compelled to write this review to write about the dealership and everything leading up to the delivery. We will definitely have more Lincoln's in our family and they will be coming to this dealership. More

We happened to run into Karen Hesdra who made us feel welcome and comfortable immediately.She is very knowledgeable about both the cars and the deals. She had us out of our lease early and into a new car the very next day. Thank you Karen. I also have to acknowledge the wonderful Winnie did setting up our phones and explaining all the features of the new car,she made it very easy to understand. Hempstead Ford Lincoln had a wide variety of vehicles to look at. The salesman directed us to a C-Max crossover -- a model we never had heard of -- and he was knowledgeable about the car. He made a convincing case for why we should consider it. After taking a test drive, we agreed it was an attractive vehicle. He worked with us on the price and different financing options. Eventually we settled on a fair deal. Danielle showed us the electronic features on the dashboard, such as the push-button start, Bluetooth, Sirirus radio, the navigation system, etc. Danielle was knowledgeable and thorough in her presentation, and she answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. She is an asset to the dealership. More
