I was frustrated by a problem with my driver's side mirror blind spot indicator. Sometimes it would operate as intended. At other times it would fail to function when a car was in the blind spot. Nevertheless, my salesman John Crescenzo, service manager John Lydon and technician Greg Schaffer partnered to locate the defect and correct it. A stubborn dashbord check engine light was intermittenly flashing on and off. The initial problem was detected and corrected however the indicator light persisted in staying on. It is unfortunate that the survey asked for employees by name and thus restricts me to the two that have worked with me of many, many years. One of the best manager is the business is Oliver, the guy is jus name and thus restricts me to the two that have worked with me of many, many years. One of the best manager is the business is Oliver, the guy is just a "shirt sleeve" manager. He will work with the customer to diagnose and fix/repair the issues, even when the issue is not clearly expressed by the customer. He knows the people/service business and is just great with customers. My service experience at Hempstead Lincoln is superb (a car dealer -- yes my car service dealer). I will not hesitate to recommend Hempstead Lincoln service to anyone, including my father-in-law. Keep the excellent team work and quality service going forward, it is appreciated. I have been leasing for a long time at Ford. When the dealership closed on Hempstead turnpike we started going to Hempstead ford Lincoln on franklin street in Hempstead. We always deal with Karen Hesdra dealership closed on Hempstead turnpike we started going to Hempstead ford Lincoln on franklin street in Hempstead. We always deal with Karen Hesdra. She is very knowledgeable and patient in explaining our options. We recently Returned our ford edge and leased a MKX SUV which we love to drive. When picking up our vehicle Karen explained all the new features in our car and help us set up radio stations and blue tooth for our phone. We will certainly be back again and recommend Karen. More

The moment I first stepped in Hempstead Ford Lincoln, the receptionists (all beautiful by the way) were very nice, pleasant and were quick to help. I came in to trade my Escape Hybrid for either a Escape or a CMAX. The salesman that I dealt with was Frank Romeo. He was fantastic. Immediately with the Ford $1000 rebate and a small markdown of the price of the car; I was so shocked that I thought I was paying more and was afraid of paying for more getting less. Frank even pointed out that his offer for the new car was actually lower than the other dealership. After going back and fourth and coming back down from being abducted by aliens which would explain my stupidity; I looked at Frank and said, "you know what, you are the lowest price and when I looked up TrueCar website that night, the price came within the GOOD price. I was like holy you know what. I was so happy, I called Frank that night and told him lets get this done. There were no hidden fees or issues at all. I always extend the warranty to 5 years and I never felt pressured. If I said no, no one forced me which was fantastic. The trade in was easy. When I came in to pick up the car, Frank was fantastic in showing all the features. Frank was great! Frank let me know about the perks concerning the Service Department and buying from Hempstead Ford Lincoln. I didn't get these kind of perks from Syosset-Huntington Ford. It was a great experience. I even wrote a tip on the app, Foursquare letting people know that this dealership is fantastic and if anyone is in the market to buy a new car to see Frank Romeo!!!! Tony worked with me for several hours to help me secure the perfect vehicle. I was not 100% certain that I wanted a Lincoln when I first arrived at the dealership, but Tony soon helped me make up my mind the perfect vehicle. Although I have only been driving my new car for a few days, I can say that I am truly happy with my purchase. The staff was very helpful, informative, and friendly.
