She worked with us every step of the way, from choosing the new car all the way to actually screwing on the license plates. And, of course, everything in between, like settling on a fair price, steering us through the paperwork, explaining in detail all the interior workings, and accompanying us on a test drive. And to make the experience even more satisfying, Grace explained that she would personally assist us with any problems going forward, which means AFTER we drive the car away. I was given personal and courteous service from my first showroom visit.
