Went to Hempstead Ford as my first choice to purchase 2013 Escape. Shopped around at other Ford dealers to compare prices and found the best deal at Hempstead Ford. I ordered my car and had to wait a few 2013 Escape. Shopped around at other Ford dealers to compare prices and found the best deal at Hempstead Ford. I ordered my car and had to wait a few weeks before it was delivered. I contacted the sales manager ( John ) several times while waiting for my delivery and he always took the time to get me the information i requested. My sales person Tom was very pleasant. Purchasing a new car can be stressful but Tom made the process easy. When my car arrived to be picked up Tom was on vacation so John introduced me to Mike who handled the delivery process. He was very professional and made my wife and i happy we chose Hempstead Ford as our dealership. The final leg of our journey was a walk through of all the cars features and My Ford Sync operation handled by ( Candi ). She was very patient with my wife and spent as much time as my wife needed with each feature without rushing ahead. Over all i would recommend Hempstead Ford to anyone purchasing a new car.
