One apple can spoil the whole bunch I had a service appointment for, I believe, on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 9:45AM. I arrived a few minutes earlier and drove the car right in and w I had a service appointment for, I believe, on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 9:45AM. I arrived a few minutes earlier and drove the car right in and was attended by a Karen [LNU]. Karen told me that the charge would be approx. $65+ dollars which I questioned because I have a leased vehicle and thought maintenance was responsibility of the dealership. She also told me that having the service done at the dealer was cheaper. Okay. I agreed. From the start, I perceived an attitude from Karen; she had been there fore 14 years, she said. I went to the waiting room at approx. 10AM. I went on the internet and found out that I could use my rewards to lower the service cost. I returned to Karen and she confirmed that this was so BUT she never offered that option. Karen said she would make the adjustment. I returned to the waiting salon. My auto was ready at approx. 11:55AM! I acknowledge that there will be a longer wait during the weekends BUT 2 hours?!! I mentioned to Karen that I did a previous review which got a lot of attention. Her reply to that statement was: "You will give me a good review" or something of the sort. I would've given Karen a good review but I cannot because she is not deserving of it. Karen has to understand that she is not the OWNER of the service department; that her 14 years of service does not give her the platform to be condescending; that her constant coughing is very unpleasant. Truly, Karen's treatment will be one of the major factors in me reconsidering if I want to either lease or purchase a vehicle once this lease is over in 2 years. It's a shame because other employees such as Nicole and Mr. Carter are the reasons why I look forward to coming to Hempstead Ford. More

The dealershi I couldn't have been luckier to step in to the Hempstead Ford Lincoln dealership and to meet Karen Hesdra, the best car saleswoman ever! The dealership itself is impeccable and very welcoming - coffee was good, but my daughter would have liked some bagels!But what really made the experience truly amazing (if that can be said about buying or leasing a car) was Karen herself. She went above and beyond to help me, and my family, and did not give up until she found exactly what I needed at the price point I could meet. I had one simple and very important request for the car to have, but it was a deal-breaker, and Karen made it happen. Karen took a personal interest in how important this was for me and that separates her from any other salesperson I have dealt with in the past. I know I will not go to any other person but Karen in 3 years time. Everyone else that we met, including the owner of the dealership and Michael, the Finance representative, were also extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Overall, I had a fabulous customer experience at this dealership, and I will go back again and recommend it to all my friends and family as well. Thank you Karen, and everyone else at Hempstead Ford Lincoln, we are enjoying our new Lincoln Nautilus, especially my daughter! More

Service Department I have tried 3 different times to schedule service and when they hear I didn't but the vehicle at this dealer my appointment date is two months away.
