I work in bridal sales part time, so I can honestly recognize a salesperson who doesn't want just any sale for the sake of a sale. Dennis wants you to have a great EXPERIENCE with him overall. Focusing on customer service and the customer, turned this into less of a SELL and more of an experience. My daughter even said how nice he was (she had a terrible experience leasing her first vehicle (not a For/Lincoln) out of college, that turned her off. My hardcore husband who I warned not to mean mug the sales people, even praised Dennis and Mike (that never happens). Mike, dealing with you was like getting advice from a new vehicle therapist. 1st vehicle service Went into the dealer without an appointment for an oil change. I spoke to Karen the service writer and told her that I have been away and I really nee Went into the dealer without an appointment for an oil change. It was done in about an hour in a half. I sat in the waiting room which was very clean. When the car was ready I thanked her for getting me in and when I walked out to the car they also ran it thru the car wash. This dealer was very professional and the staff was great as well.
