I have been dealing with Hempstead FL since 2010 and I've never had a bad experience. Salesman John was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I never once felt pressured to buy anything. Finance Michael was also very knowledgeable and very friendly. It's a lot of papers to sign but he made the process as painless as possible. He\they are very thorough. Again I never felt pressured to buy anything, however I did purchase the rim\tire extra protection. The roads where I live are horrible and dangerous with numerous potholes. The extended warranty is a nice piece of mind. The vehicle itself is a joy to drive! I also felt like a got a good deal. I highly, highly recommend Hempstead Ford Lincoln! Again John and Michael are some of the best guys I ever brought a car from. More

Leasing from Hempstead Ford Lincoln was pleasant and fun I decided to lease a Lincoln Nautilus to replace my Infiniti QX70s . I went to Hempstead Ford Lincoln and met with Christine Collins. She was lovely I decided to lease a Lincoln Nautilus to replace my Infiniti QX70s . I went to Hempstead Ford Lincoln and met with Christine Collins. She was lovely, polite and well informed about her product line. She set up a test drive and reviewed the different Nautilus levels and options. I never had an sales pressure, and never felt like I was having anything 'pushed' on me. Once I did all of the paperwork Christine was great at explaining everything about the vehicle. She took her time to set things up and and made the entire car buying experience pleasurable. I also want to say that Michael Belcastro, the Business Manager was also gracious and helpful. He made the business side of leasing so easy that you think you are among friends. I would totally recommend that you do your business at Hempstead Ford Lincoln. Great Service I purchased my 2018 Lincoln MKC from Hempstead Lincoln and utilize their service department. Juan Toro is fantastic. He far exceeds my expectations. Oliver the Service Manager is also great. He extended great customer care when I need it most. Maria is another Service Manager who is there to assist with outstanding customer service. Karen is a Service Advisor who is always there to great me with a smile and a hug. I think she is terrific. What can I say except they are wonderful Employees who are personable and care for the customer. I know I can be a pain LOL, but they always reassure me that my car is in great hands. More
