Pleasant, Personable, & Informative! I didn't originally get Karen as my adviser. I hand a grumpy individual who I will not slander, but once I had been redirected to Karen she explained I didn't originally get Karen as my adviser. Karen is a delightful individual who is approachable and easy to speak to. I loved how personable she was and I returned to the dealership even after my minor hiccup with another service individual. I can most definitely say she turned my experience around and followed up with every detail. Karen is not only a wonderful individual but an excellent employee.
