I had taken the free shuttle home to wait. When I was texted that my vehicle was ready, I tried calling the dealership and twice the line was dead. The 3rd time I had wait a long time to even When I was texted that my vehicle was ready, I tried calling the dealership and twice the line was dead. The 3rd time I had wait a long time to even speak to someone. Once I did, that person couldn't give me any information on getting the shuttle back and said my Advisor would have to call me back to arrange that. Why?! Well, my Advisor never called me back. I waited 2 hours. Nothing. I had to pay for an Uber back. When I got back to the dealership, my Advisor was nowhere to be found. This dealership should pay for their customers' Ubers like the other dealerships in the area. More
