Got a better deal and experience with another dealer Was going to buy 2014 BMW 328 from Hendrick. Started out very friendly and I was using Truecar. Went into dealership and everyone was friendly. So I was looking at other options and found another one that I would go with. I had a trade in, I bought in KBB, Edmunds, and NADA which all had my trade in value $10k. Hendrick came back with a way low trade quote. They advised they use autotrader values. I advised I never heard of that before, but hey it's their business and can use whatever they wanted. I advised them I would just keep my car and thanks. Jay Cardwell actually talked my trade down so much I did tune him out. At this point his credibility was gone with me. Of course they came back a good bit higher for my trade. Okay let's keep talking. I advised I would come down a little on my request for trade, but they would have to come up more. They wouldn't so I left. Soon as I get home I get a call, the car I wanted financing feel through and was again available. I said cool if you can give me more on my trade I'll come back. They didn't. So I didn't go back. A couple days later was end of the month so they called back and would go up another $500 on trade. I didn't shop around much at first but since I didn't feel Hendrick was the best deal available I shopped around a little more, and was able to get a 2014 BMW 328 from another dealer I got $200 more than Hendricks best on my trade and $400 of Hendricks best quote, plus their dealer fees were less than Hendrick. I also got the Performance Center Pickup. My wife went to Hendrick Mercedes looking for a CLA. We were not very happy with either dealer. We felt they were both very pushy and we didn't want to give either any of our business. My wife did get the CLA through Felix Sabates. All in all we are glad Hendrick didn't get our business because we got better deals elsewhere. This is just our experience of two separate Hendrick dealers. Know going in they will try to use autotrader for trade value, but don't accept their insulting extreme low ball offer, they will come up. Also know if Hendrick doesn't want your business other dealerships will. More
I have had follow-up discussions with John Rotalsky and Todd Nolan regarding the car in question in my Jan 22 review. The effort to solve the problem was superb and I am quite satisfied with the entire experience now. The dealership demonstrated the very high quality of excellent service that is expected from BMW. They went to work on the problem and were able to solve the issues to my complete satisfaction. I would be pleased to highly recommend these individuals and this dealership to others. Solving problems is a large part of quality service and this experience is a perfect example of such a solution. Thus I have now rated the dealer with the highest scores. More
I can't figure out why Hendrick service gets bad reviews. They've been servicing my cars for 6-7 years now and I have never had an issue with them. Yes, BMW service can be expensive but I want my reviews. They've been servicing my cars for 6-7 years now and I have never had an issue with them. Yes, BMW service can be expensive but I want my cars handled well and professionally and that happens when I go to Hendrick BMW. I have 2 M-series vehicles and I want to have confidence in what's being done to them. Hendrick has earned my confidence. More

From the time we started communicating with the sales/management staff if was so obvious we were going to buy from Hendrick BMW! They treated my wife and I like we were part of their family!! Everybody was so nice and friendly to us throughout the whole process! Tom D. the sales manager's took time with us to make sure we were happy and thanked us for our purchase! The Finance guy Jason was such a pleasure to work with as well!!! Really made us feel at ease when doing paperwork and showing us some additional products that we could use--and yes we bought a few!! The Tire and Wheel Warranty is a MUST!! My wife have bought many cars over the years and have NEVER felt as great as we have from the start of the process of buying our New BMW from Hendrick!! Took my 5 series in for a bulb replacement, I got the car back with more issues than I ever imagined. For the next month I was back and forth to the dealer to fix problems that were CAUSED DURING "REPAIR"... back with more issues than I ever imagined. For the next month I was back and forth to the dealer to fix problems that were CAUSED DURING "REPAIR"...the service manager have me the option to fix problem for 1/2 price, but when I brought it back to get problem fixed, they tell me the car now will not communicate with their diagnostic system. Therefore it cant be fixed until i drop $2000 on a single part + labor. Not only that but they said they don't know exactly where the problem is coming from so there's a chance that the $2000 part might not fix it!!! Also they wanted to charge me $300 in diagnostic fees just to look at the problem they created!!! Now this problem happened immediately after my previous visit with them. Im not at fault here. I expect to get my car back with the issues corrected...not with more problems. Avoid this dealer, or you will be back again and again and again until your pockets are dry. More
Jeff really knows his BMW's. I wanted to purchase a BMW certified used car for my wife's special birthday/anniversary, and Jeff helped a lot in making the preparations for my wife's surprise present. He was very informative, and gave me a lot of confidence about the choice I was making, even though I had never bought a BMW before. Jeff is a good listener, has a great sense of humor, but most important of all provided us with the right car at the right price. He was great at guiding me through the evaluation and purchasing process, and in making sure that I was buying the right car for the occasion and for the years to come. More
Thank you dear Mike, Matt and the wisely patient Chris -;) I am impressed guys -:) You really did go the extra mile with me just to make me feel happy (because you care about your customer as well a -;) I am impressed guys -:) You really did go the extra mile with me just to make me feel happy (because you care about your customer as well as your reputation) after having a problem that might look not very important to most people but it was that important to me making me quite unable to continue enjoying my car. The extra mile here was giving me the option to customize a new car to my liking, especially that i know you could've argued "you then get the same car" in a trial to make it hard for me to swallow several thousands for the paint touch up problem/inadvertent yet unacceptable -by me- mistake if you will, which would've been really hard for me to justify the loss of money but this way get some more options on the car made me happy with the decision to change the whole car for the paint and look at the loss of money from the angle of getting more options to justify the huge loss so I don't feel guilty for paying for a mistake I didn't make, but only your highly appreciated understanding and I mean Matt and Chris here made it possible to have another highly satisfied Handrick BMW customer and more than likely a guaranteed future customer who probably changes cars every year -:) and especially that this was my first BMW ever!! Regardless of how much money you are making in this trade and I know from reading well about it you are still making some good money both way -;) but I believe you've earned it with the way you treat your customers -;) And as upset as I was then and willing to talk bout a negative experience as much as I am willing now and actually excited to give ya Thumbs up and a sure 10/10 feedback and excellent Internet reviews, Thank you for being at the level of my expectation and even more! P.S I owned Audi Q7 4.2 FSI for 3 years and doesn't compare in any possible way to this X5 50i, this is a lot better in every possible way except the third row and room behind it but that's because it is a smaller car. soooma More
We will never by another BMW again the servcice is terrible and the quality of the vehivle is even worse. We are talking about a 7 series, it spends more time in shop then at homw.Please it you are in terrible and the quality of the vehivle is even worse.
