Dropped my Enclave off at 8:30 and wasn’t communicated with for an hour. Seemed like lack of communication between staff. Kayla was great in service. Handled everything smoothly. Glad that sales is covering the part replacement considering my purchase is only 3 days old.

"They scratched my vehicle during a scratch repair"

IMG_1661.JPGIMG_1693.JPG I left my vehicle with Hendrick about a month ago. They were supposed to repair a small scratch on my passenger door. It sat at Hendrick for two weeks and after numerous calls they finally told me to pick it up and they would schedule a day for this repair. I scheduled the date for about a month out. I dropped my vehicle off at 8AM on a Monday (the date and time for my appointment). I gave them a couple of days and with no response capped them. Tyler Thrash told me that it wasn't done and he couldn't make them work any faster. I called him back two days later and he said it would be done later that day. I showed up Friday night to pick up my 2017 SS 1LE with 1800 miles, and it was extremely dirty, and had dirty hand prints all on the inside. When I got my car home, I realized that there were two scratches on the vehicle and immediately notified Tyler Thrash. That was one week ago. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this dealership. If you have a paint issue, I wouldn't take it here for repairs unless you want additional scratches and a very dirty This is the worst service I've ever experienced. I've also complained about this to many people and several have also had bad experiences here. After this service I'm also going to advise these other people to submit a review to shed light on this dealership.

We recently had our Buick repaired and the staff in the repair/services shop are above the rest - outstanding; Sheryl - our repair specialist provider us a loaner without us asking and also provided her cell # for immediate contact, she kept me and my wife updated at all time. We had used Royal Buick a month earlier and didn't like the services nor the customer service staff; not sure if this is your normal service approach, but you sure got it right with us; highly recommend you Guys at any time!!!
