Pete went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist all 11 of us in our dire situation. Even staying past closing Pete found us a hotel & personally drove some of us to the hotel. Pete checked to make sure we got home & provides daily updates on our son-in-law’s vehicle. Pete provided exceptional customer service even though we were not there to purchase a vehicle. Our vehicle was towed to Hendricks Chevrolet where we met Pete. Despite all of our frustration with our situation Pete lended a listening ear. Not only that, but he was compassionate and sympathetic to our situation. He wasn’t pushy. He wasn’t intrusive. He wasn’t defensive when we cursed our vehicle and chevy for the hard spot it put us in. Instead he super seeded any customer service experience that we could have asked for. He stayed past closing, then personally drove 3 of our passengers and luggage to a hotel so we could set up accommodations for the night . He remained at the hotel until we secured all the rooms we needed. He gave us his personal cell number and told us that if we had any issues to give him a call and he would be happy to assist. The next morning he checked in on us again when he returned to the dealership. Upon return to our home state he even called to make sure we arrived ok and gave me updates on our vehicle that we had to leave at the service shop. He did all of this knowing that he wasn’t going to make a sale. So when I say the best salesman’s ever I can say with confidence that he treated us with a higher expectation then we could have ever conceived at our lowest point, I can’t wait to deal with him again when we are ready to purchase. CROOKS! On 2/12/19, I purchased a new Crate Engine (Part #19329865) from Hendrick Chevrolet Hoover, Al for my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali (Invoice #460415P, Total $ On 2/12/19, I purchased a new Crate Engine (Part #19329865) from Hendrick Chevrolet Hoover, Al for my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali (Invoice #460415P, Total $4201.13) I had the Engine installed beginning on 2/16/19 and completed on 2/24/19. I test drove the vehicle on 2/27/19 and within 2 miles, the Engine started knocking. On 2/28/19, I towed the Yukon to Hendrick Chevrolet in Hoover, Al. From 2/28/19 to 3/15/19, I was repeatedly lied to and misled by Jerry Deemer the Service Manager and Nate Dodson the Service Writer. On 3/15/19, I received an email that they would not be replacing the Engine under the Warranty. I returned to Hendrick Chevrolet the same day and picked up my Yukon and a disassembled Engine to tow it home. The Engine that I was given on 3/15/19 was not the new Engine that I purchased on 2/12/19. know this because I had marked the Heads of the Engine prior to dropping it off on 2/28/19. More
