Good dealership until you want a defective part replaced fre Replaced Chrysler wing badging on front and rear of car under warranty. Then they deteriorated just as the 1st. set did. Shop manger and Chrysler parts connection would only replace at reduced cost...no labor approximately $350.00 US. I feel this is a rip off! It should not happen at all... Not to mention twice. You have a parts problem. Why would you stock these items if you there should be no or few issues. Prior to this issue I used this dealership as my go to maintenance and repair shop. I guess the Chrysler brand and name means little to them. More

Awesome salesman and finance department Jeff Stark was a great person to deal with. He was patient and looked out for me when the car I bought had some water spots. Very bad experience......Not only did i wait 2 hours, but they not do what they charged me!Then returned my van with Dirt mats (oil foot prints everywhere) and my oil light was on and they didn't even tell me. So long story short I had to send the van back in for the whole day to get repaired again. The dealership needs help..........It's got a long way to go to win customers.... More
