Due to some traffic delays, it was getting late as we were closing out the deal and the financing. He also followed up with us to see if we needed anything, to see how we liked our vehicles and to see if he could answer any questions. We purchased a Jeep from him last July and when we recently went back to purchase our Ram he asked if I had used the new 'parking' option on my Jeep - he remembered that made me a little nervous and offered to help me at any time with it.
