Worst experience. Was treated with so much ignorance and disrespect from an employee in finance. I am appalled that Jeep would let this employee represents them the way he treats customers. Do yourself a favor and give someone else business that is kind and respects you, your time and your money. Don’t waste your time going to Hendrick Jeep. Pathetic performance. Would rate them negative -10 If you unfortunately do have to go to this dealership, Lee from finance was fantastic. 5 stars for Lee. He was so kind and patient.
