I inquired at different Jeep dealer for new key . They gave me response of who knows when . We can get one . Wilmington jeep next day . Then on way to dealer car had broken belt and overheated . Terrible service. Anna and the service manager agreed there was a defective piece on our new jeep and agreed to replace it. It took three weeks to get the piece? The arrangement was to give us a loaner car while the car was fixed as the work should’ve been done that same day. Then they said they needed to keep it overnight. We live a few hours away the next day they call and say they had the wrong piece and they ordered the right one and it would be there overnight! Amazing how it took three weeks the first time and overnight the second then the next day they called and said there was nothing wrong with the initial piece! And although they could bring the car to us when we were purchasing the vehicle, all the sudden they couldn’t bring it to us. We asked for the name and number of the general manager but never received it. Two days later they finally drove the car to us. Don’t know if the piece was ever replaced or not! we asked them to put on the license plate that was in the car they would not!!. I would suggest to go elsewhere. The internet sales person, Anna will talk you into anything for you to purchase the car but not give you any service or follow up. More
We had an excellent experience all the way around. We really had not planned purchasing a Wagoneer but Mason was very laid back and allowed us time to look around.
