On November 28 of this year, we documented our total disappointment in the repair costs of our 2018 RAM 2500. What a breath of fresh air to have Mr. Thomas listen too and respond favorably to our request, We appreciate his decision and hope that as multi RAM owners over the years, we can count of using this dealership in the future.
