Khristine Haar was a pleasure to deal with. I brought my Jeep in just for a safety inspection. After speaking with my “advisor “, from a previous dealership ship visit I was advised to get to t I brought my Jeep in just for a safety inspection. After speaking with my “advisor “, from a previous dealership ship visit I was advised to get to the dealership any day, first thing, and they would quickly get me in and out! On both occasions I asked about scheduling an actual appointment! I was counciled, “ no just show up dnd you’ll be good to go!”. I confirmed the dealership opened at 8am… both times … and was told yes! Who knew you opened at 7:30! So. I arrive at 8am and aim several cars deep in line. I walk into the service area and there I am 4th in line! After editing a brief time Khristine greets NE and ask, very pleasantly, how she can help. I told her, just need a safety inspection on my 2021 Jeep with 11,000 miles. Guess her first question… yup… “ Do you an appointment”! Long story short, she was wonderful to work with and Hoyt me in an out very quickly! Can’t compliment her for all she did for me! I think your service writers need a training refresh! As a new NC transplant my previous experience with inspections was you called , they gave you a time, and you showed up! Thank goodness for Khristine!!!! More
