I bought a new car that had rain sensing wipers that weren't working. I kept getting the run-around like I was doing something incorrectly (so much so that I even believed them for a bit). Then luckily, Catherine helped me (along with Grant) and the sensor was finally replaced (and now works). Over a years time I had been to the dealership looking at Wranglers. I worked with a number sales associates but just couldn't find the perfect Wranger. I was in the market to purchase a new Jeep, and the Sales Department NEVER contacted me after attempting to contact them. A sale LOST. I, therefore, took my business to another dealership and purchased a new 2020 JEEP Gladiator Overland. I guess selling vehicles are not a priority for this dealership? Or their customer service is just not up to par! If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, I would definitely NOT recommend Hendrick of Wilmington. I am not accustomed to writing reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt this was important enough. More
