If you drive by and wonder why they have cars on the lot when no one else does, it’s because of their sales and management staff. Completely dishonest. Fake sales numbers when giving me the value of my trad when no one else does, it’s because of their sales and management staff. Completely dishonest. Fake sales numbers when giving me the value of my trade. Forged ‘recent sales’ of similar vehicles. Wouldn’t show me what they put in to value my car (I wanted to make sure they didn’t miss any option that it had). They claimed low mileage on a one year old trade didn’t add value. Came in 6,000 under KBB. They brought me the print out of the kbb instant offer (not trade in) then claimed they didn’t use kbb in their appraisal. And oddly enough, the manager couldn’t be found while I was there either. They seemed to think I was stupid enough to buy their fake appraisal which was also just insulting. More
