Best car buying experience ever! I moved to Wilmington about a month prior to buying my Jeep Compass from Neuwirth Chrysler Jeep. My husband and I love going to the North End of Carol I moved to Wilmington about a month prior to buying my Jeep Compass from Neuwirth Chrysler Jeep. My husband and I love going to the North End of Carolina Beach and being a new resident in town, I wanted to make sure I could drive out to the beach even if he wasn't able to take me out there in his 4x4 truck, so I began my search online. I was originally interested in the Jeep Grand Cherokee or the Cherokee. Allen, who was AMAZING helped me with both SUVs and gave me and my husband a complete run down on both. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into either vehicle. When we started crunching numbers, I found that I was upside down in my current vehicle by about $4000. Both Allen and Jeff, worked diligently to try to get me to a price I was comfortable with. The dealership closed at 7, and we were there until 9. They were so helpful and cooperative, I had no idea that they were working over time to help me. I decided to sleep on it, and as I left, I saw the Jeep Compass. I immediately fell in love and they pulled some numbers for me to think about overnight. I was back the next afternoon with my brand new Jeep Compass 4x4 at a great price. Throughout this entire process, I also contacted another Jeep dealership. No one could beat the outstanding customer service I received while working with Allen. A friend told me that Neuwirth Motors was pretty low-key so I decided to give them a try. While browsing the used car sales lot, I was approached by Allen Ronk. Allen was extremely personable without being pushy. I explained what I was looking for and he was able to show me a jeep that they had just taken in that met all of my requirements. Allen enthusiastically accompanied me to my own mechanic to get a thorough inspection and then worked with me to reach a price point we could both agree on. I love my Jeep but, more importantly, I'm still enthusiastic about my buying experience at Neuwirth Motors.
