Service Department stole $386.00 from a Veteran's widow I typically don't put up bad reviews, but this must be shared. The service manager at Neuwirth demanded my mother pay $386.00 for taking apart the rea I typically don't put up bad reviews, but this must be shared. The service manager at Neuwirth demanded my mother pay $386.00 for taking apart the rear air conditioner vents in her grand caravan and putting it back together. She asked for an estimate to repair it. He was the worst customer service person I have encountered. So, they charged my Mom and did nothing. For another $514.00 they could actually FIX THE PROBLEM. Never will Neuwirth see another dime from anyone in my family. I don't deal with arrogant stealers. Buyer Beware. Better yet, Buyer Keep on Going to another car dealership. PS: this dealership is not accredited with the NC BBB. Not surprising. More
