Overall very pleasant experience I gave a "good" rating; but, wished I could have given an excellent rating. I came in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I had an appoint I gave a "good" rating; but, wished I could have given an excellent rating. I came in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for 11:30AM and arrived at 11:35AM; I called ahead and said I was running about 5 minutes late. It took over an hour to perform the required service and I just feel that it should have been able to be completed in 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. It's possible that the lunch hour may have had an impact on the time frame. I've always had a pleasant experience dealing with Honda of Hickory and will continue to get my vehicle serviced here. More

car service problem Received excellent service, they knew what the problem was immediately and proceeded to fix it (bad wheel bearing). I had been to another dealership service department, who said, it was my tires that was making the noise. I had purchased the new tires and instead getting better the noise became louder. That is when I called the Hickory Dealership and was treated excellent both during thephone call and while service was being done. Thank you for excellent service. More

Most dealerships in charlotte treated us like another number and had little time to talk with us on the vehicle we wanted. My wife and are young and I think most dealerships didn't think we were serious about buying the car. Zachary Cannon at Hendrick Honda Hickory was the first salesman that treated us with the utmost respect. Zach did not have the car on the lot that we wanted but he was able to find one and get it to the dealership in less than a week. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman. The 2016 Pilot is awesome and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Zach! More
Helpful and knowledgeable staff I was searching for a used vehicle and had been to several dealerships. Jonathan Benfield, the salesman, seemed very knowledgeable about Hondas and o I was searching for a used vehicle and had been to several dealerships. Jonathan Benfield, the salesman, seemed very knowledgeable about Hondas and other brands. He was patient and not pushy. I purchased a vehicle the following day and the salesman and staff remained pleasant and helpful even though the transaction ended after the regular business hours. More
Fantastic Service Advisor I have two Lexus vehicles that I have serviced at Hickory Honda. My service advisor, Darryl Watson, always takes the best of care of me and with my v I have two Lexus vehicles that I have serviced at Hickory Honda. My service advisor, Darryl Watson, always takes the best of care of me and with my vehicles as if they were his own. If he is unavailable when I call, he returns my call promptly and always considers my schedule when making an appointment. Darryl is friendly, very knowledgeable and takes time to address any concerns or questions that I may have. I highly recommend Hickory Honda's service department, their staff, and especially Darryl. Wes Boyles, service advisor, was very polite and helpful in taking care of my service. Since it was my first time at the dealership he was kind enough to "show me around" and to explain the service performed and what to expect on the next service visit. The service was done quickly and I was on my way promptly as promised. I look forward to my next visit. Thank You, M Scott. More

I forgot my appt. and had to reschedule for the next day in order to get my inspect I am very happy to Welcome Michael Heckelman to your service Dept. I forgot my appt. and had to reschedule for the next day in order to get my inspection on time. I arrived 30 minutes early and he still got my car in right away. Michael was very helpful with questions I had. I asked to buff out a small scratch and as minor as it was, they had no problem getting right on it. Cleaned car it appears both inside and out :-). I will certainly be sure to contact him for my next maintenance. TY! More
