He has always been willing to help me with ensuring that purchasing a car is easy and quick and never have I ever had to haggle over pricing or make it something other than friends talking. He has made sure that I knew everything there was to know about my vehicle, been more than happy to take my phone calls (or return them promptly) to answer any questions and has always made me feel the most comfortable when I walk through the door. I have sent friends to buy from him and he took extra care of them too! He delivered their vehicle to them and was willing to help out anyway he could. I recently purchased a new Honda Fit from Mike Tilley and the experience was trully a blessing. I was having problems with my 2001 Odyseey and being a single mom, I was hesitant about trusting someone to te the experience was trully a blessing. When I asked Mike to tell me the truth, he told me that that was the only way he knew to answer. He acted with the highest professionalism and courtesy to me. My mother had purchased a Fit from Mike in 2007 and was VERY pleased and that is what made up my mind on what to purchase. I cannot say enough about Honda Cars of Hickory in every asspect of buying the car. The dealership had received a catered lunch on the day I picked up my Fit for the Best dealership in the area and no less than 10 people invited us to eat with them!! This shows how caring they are of their customers. The finance officer was also wonderful in how he presented everything and made it as painless as possible. I also had my Odyseey serviced at Honda of Hickory and it is a top rated service department with very knowledgable staff. Rick is very knowledgeable about his product and is very patient handling numerous questions and requests. Although they did not have the van we were looking for, he found the exact color & options we want patient handling numerous questions and requests. Honda Cars of Hickory has been my "go to" Honda Service since 2007. They are 50 miles away from me. I have a Honda dealership 8 miles away but I am willing to make the drive for the great service. This last Saturday I had a problem with the battery of my wife's 2007 CRV. I drove from Hendersonville all the way to Hickory but arrived at 4:20 pm. The service area closes at 4pm Saturday. Chris Ruiz was leaving and saw me arrive. He got out of his car and asked me if I had a problem. I told him I had a battery problem and did not want to shut down the engine until I found out what the problem was. Chris opened the service bay, checked my car's battery and found out that it was charged. I could go home happy knowing that the problem was not a bad battery. This is a great dealership! More

I just got my degree from USC in 2009. I have never bought a car on my own. I called the dealership and talked to Rick one of the Internet Sales Managers. I told him what I was trying to do and the p bought a car on my own. I called the dealership and talked to Rick one of the Internet Sales Managers. I told him what I was trying to do and the problems I had with our local dealerships. I told him that it was a long way to come to the dealership. He told me they would bring the car to me at no cost to me. He did all of the work on the phone and over the net. He emailed me photos of three Civics that I was looking at. Everytime I called the people at the dealership were always happy and helpful. I called one day about the five times. One of those times Rick was working with someone and could not get the phone. I was going to leave a message. But Brian Messick took my call. He told me that he and Rick were both taken care of me. Brian knew all about my deal, which made me feel like this dealership was really trying to take care of me. I did not feel like just another number to them. Brian got me a GREAT PRICE on the Civic. Rick brought it to my work that friday, full of gas and Rick and I did a test drive before I signed anything. I love my New Civic, and I have told everyone to call Rick and Brian before they buy anything. More
