I am sorry to say after buying my new 2020 civic Honda I left thinking everything was 100% ok.Much to my surprise two months later a collection company reached out to tell me I missed my first two payments left thinking everything was 100% ok.Much to my surprise two months later a collection company reached out to tell me I missed my first two payments.I left the dealership thinking my loan payment had been transferred.what a nightmare bought my credit score down from 800+ to 603 with no help from this dealership.Still trying to fix it .Be very careful at signing time will never recommend them again. My husband and I have not gone through the process of purchasing a vehicle for over a decade, and we were, therefore, quite nervous as we began our car shopping. We did a lot of online research and even purchasing a vehicle for over a decade, and we were, therefore, quite nervous as we began our car shopping. We did a lot of online research and even built a vehicle online just to see what our options looked like. We then were able to find through the Honda website that Hendrick Honda in Pompano Beach had a vehicle similar to what we built. So we went to check it out on a Saturday afternoon with no intention of buying. We were ready with that statement too: "We want to see it, drive it, ask questions about it, but we will NOT buy it today." But we never had to utter those words because the salesperson we worked with, Cristhian Jimenez, never once made us feel pressured in any way. He told us everything we needed to know and more about the vehicle and gave us some advice on navigating the car-buying experience. We enjoyed the car and got a great vibe from Cristhian and from the dealership as a whole. But we weren't ready to make a commitment right at that time. We went back for an extended test drive the following Monday, and upon returning the vehicle that evening, we decided to sit down and do some negotiations. Even in that stressful process, we never felt overly pressured, and we always felt that Cristhian was keeping our interests and needs in mind. Of course, he wanted to sell us the car; that is his job. But I also continued to get the feel that he wanted our car-buying experience to be as low-stress as possible. We ended up coming to a particular number, and I decided that I couldn't make a decision in that moment. Of course, as it's part of the process, there was a bit more back and forth after that ("What if we knock $X off the price, would you buy tonight?, etc.), but in the end, I still said, "I really need to sleep on this." And both Cristhian and his manager, Omar, were extremely respectful of that, which I greatly appreciated. As I said before, I never felt overly pressured. I felt that I had the absolute freedom to say, "I just need to process this; it's a big purchase, and I don't want to make a decision without giving it more thought." Everyone was very respectful of that. So we let a couple days go by to let it all sink in, to crunch our own numbers at home, etc., and two days later, we went back to buy the car. We worked with Peter to finalize the financing and go over the extended warranty information, etc. He was incredibly easy to work with, and I felt like he gave us very good information that we were able to use to make good decisions about what extended coverage we wanted on our vehicle. The paper-signing process was a bit lengthy, as it always is, but it was seamless. By the time all that was done, the car was ready for us to drive it home. Cristhian gave us a rundown of how to use some of the features. Of course, we had played with a lot of them, but now that we were taking this car home, Cristhian wanted to ensure we had as much knowledge as possible. From start to finish, I felt like Cristhian was on our side. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with my new vehicle and very pleased with our experience at Hendrick Honda and working with Cristhian. I don't anticipate needing to purchase another vehicle for a long time, but if and when I do, I will go back to this dealership. If you are looking at Hondas, I highly recommend you pop by Hendrick Honda in Pompano Beach and ask for Cristhian to help you out! More
