My Civic has been incredibly reliable, which made my decision to stick with Honda an easy one. Fast forward to now, I’m expecting another baby and needed a larger vehicle. Because of my great experiences in the past, I knew I wanted another Honda. I found a 2021 Honda Pilot at the Hendrick Honda location in Charlotte and decided to make the drive to check it out. When I arrived, I was greeted by Colby, who made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She had the vehicle ready, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision. She also worked with me to stay within my budget, which I really appreciated.
