Came for an oil change, was told it would take an hour and a half although i made an appointment, they said it was because they were backed up but when i get in the lobby i notice only one other customer and a half although i made an appointment, they said it was because they were backed up but when i get in the lobby i notice only one other customer waiting. Also my car has no skid plate, should only take 15-20 minutes. It ended up taking 2 hours?? I also asked them to help me with a technical problem but was told they couldn’t help me? not sure why a kia dealership can’t fix a kia problem, i assume entry level techs were working that day. I’m really not surprised though dealerships usually do treat their customers like this. More
My service advisor Casey Stroud done a outstanding job from the time I check in until my vehicle was ready. I put that I would recommend this dealership and the reason is because I would bet that all others around me are the same !!! The timing was about what they told me it would be BUT had a small issue fr reason is because I would bet that all others around me are the same !!! The timing was about what they told me it would be BUT had a small issue from the last time I had the car in for a repair and asked that they fix it this time and of course they didn't and had to wait for that to get done, then in their "inspection "of the car they added air to all of my tires, that didn't need it ! They were all on 36/37 when pulled in and when I left every tire was different from 41 to 45 ??? Then they sent me a video of my car being inspected/worked on and it was of someone else's car and only went 2 seconds ??? More
