I had an appointment for service on 9/4/26 and the Service Manager checked me in as they were extremely busy. When I received the video the video regarding service that needed to be done for my vehicl Service Manager checked me in as they were extremely busy. When I received the video the video regarding service that needed to be done for my vehicle, I went to the service desk to inform them that the particular service they were requesting had been completed June 2026. Someone tried to help and then gave me to Bryan Reece. Bryan was extremely nice However, they tried to charge me again for service that was completed in June 2026 which was immediate work that needed to be completed. It was very busy and I had to make a follow up appointment for the following week. I wish they could have made an exception for the following day, but it was not possible. It is concerning that they could not see the service that has been completed. After the visit, I have another $1200 work that will need to be completed for my car. I had asked about the recalls for my vehicle in which they stated was completed in June 2026. However, it was not and was completed on 9/4/26. Again, I am concerned about if work is truly being completed and then trying to charge again for service that was completed. More
