I had scheduled service on my 2018 Kia Soul. Before my appointment I received a message about scheduling a consultation for a trade in. Ethan brigs was my service advisor. He got me in quickly and directed me to the waiting area while services were performed. My service included a complimentary 5 point inspection in which everything was explained in clear detail. I did not have any intentions of leaving in a new car today, but Jacob Edgerton met with me to discuss what I was interested, and even though he did not think he would find what I was looking for in my price range, he actually pulled through and found something I could not pass up. My Kia Soul was in good shape, but I needed something a little more spacious. Jacob got me in a 2020 Kia Sportage with all the bells and whistles, only 36000 miles, and very close to my requested monthly payment range. He was not pushy with the sale but we took a look at the vehicle, I took it for a test drive, and took the plunge!
