I wasn't sure if this Dealership was a bit annoyed with me at certain points, however, and since it's my first time there, it's why I wonder if the prior Dealership may have made unflattering remarks for some unknown reason - though I have no idea why they would. Honestly the lack of communication was very frustrating. I never once spoke to my original service advisor and had to call and leave messages trying to figure out what was going on with my car. As soon as I pulled up to the dealership, I was greeted by Reece!! He made everything go by so easy & smooth! I was maybe there for 35 to 40 minutes. Had the car back out within no time!!
