Given that I purchased this vehicle new from this dealership, I expected a higher standard of service and a stronger emphasis on safety. Instead, I was required to make an additional hour-long trip for a repair that could have reasonably been completed during the original appointment. When I lightheartedly mentioned them filling my gas tank, the comment was dismissed rather than acknowledged.
