Honestly the lack of communication was very frustrating. I never once spoke to my original service advisor and had to call and leave messages trying to figure out what was going on with my car. Then finally I never once spoke to my original service advisor and had to call and leave messages trying to figure out what was going on with my car. Then finally call again 2 days later to see if it was going to be ready. It was very frustrating. More

This company didn't fix my tires at the service center, and I almost died. And the people driving next to me didn't either. This is a really bad company. I don't recommend it to anyone. Don't go to Concord and I almost died. And the people driving next to me didn't either. This is a really bad company. I don't recommend it to anyone. Don't go to Concord Hendrick under any circumstances. I would like to file an official complaint regarding improper service performed by Hendrick Kia, which directly led to complete engine failure on my 2021 Kia Telluride. Summary of events: 1. I visited Hendrick Kia for shifter/parking sensor repairs and asked them to rotate the wheels. 2. The dealer forgot to tighten the wheel bolts. The bolts fell off while driving. – Hendrick admitted fault, replaced the bolts, and offered a free oil change as an apology. 3. Hendrick claimed they changed my engine oil. 4. After additional mileage, I noticed oil leakage. The dealer said the issue was the gasket and told me the repair included oil replacement. 5. After only 2,500 miles, the engine started ticking and then seized while driving to my scheduled appointment. 6. Tow truck delivered the vehicle to Hendrick Kia. Diagnosis: complete engine seizure due to lack of oil. 7. The supervisor later admitted that oil was never changed or refilled during the previous service. 8. Dealer now demands $11,000 for a new engine. Why I am requesting Kia’s assistance: This is a clear case of oil starvation caused by improper dealer service. The dealership: - previously admitted major negligence, - stated they changed the oil, but did not, - misdiagnosed the oil leak, - caused complete engine failure due to lack of oil. What I am requesting: - Formal investigation - Full engine replacement or goodwill repair - Review of the dealer’s service practices Please open a CASE and assign a case manager. More
