He searched all the different angles and he got me a good interest rate and a good monthly payment. I would most definitely buy another car from him. Deceitful This dealership is a joke. Alan was very deceitful. We looked at a vehicle that was located at another dealership within the concord auto mall. He sai This dealership is a joke. Alan was very deceitful. We looked at a vehicle that was located at another dealership within the concord auto mall. He said there would be a $200 transfer fee to get the car from NEXT DOOR! After speaking with management we found out this was not the case. Alan was looking to make an easy $200. Sorry but I’m not naive. The dealer also advertised they would give me $4000 above blue book for my trade in only to find out their offer was a complete joke. I ended up shopping around other dealers and was able to get $3000 more than what that dealer offered me for my car as well as buying a comparable vehicle for way less. I will never shop Hendrick again. More
