Which is why our experience with Nick -and frankly everyone we met at Hendrick Kia- was so refreshing. He's not just friendly. He's a sincere professional. He started the whole conversation by asking about what we needed from our vehicle, and I told him the exact model that I was interested in seeing. Instead of just taking me to see that model (which would've been a more expensive vehicle), he asked if I'd be willing to consider another model that he thought might meet the needs we described. It was a model I'd never even heard of so he walked us through all the specs, took us for a test drive, and literally spent nearly 2 hours answering our questions and talking us work through hypothetical financial scenarios. It's really hard to imagine anyone being more helpful, and I haven't even mentioned his extensive knowledge of the vehicles themselves! I'm sure I'm missing something here, so I want anyone reading this to understand the extent to which I actually enjoyed the whole experience - if I didn't have to get back home immediately, I would've asked him to go grab a beer with me after work. Oh yeah and nearly 25% of the employees are veterans (Nick included). As a vet myself, that detail usually wouldn't mean anything to me since I know that some vets can be real dirtbags, too. Every single one of the three vets I met were AWESOME (there's more but I only met 3)!! I won't buy a car anywhere else. My Experience Had a good experience purchasing my vehicle back in October, Sandy the salesman my wife and I worked with was very nice and had a good knowledge about Had a good experience purchasing my vehicle back in October, Sandy the salesman my wife and I worked with was very nice and had a good knowledge about all the cars my wife and I test drove. He even stayed a little passed his working hours to help out get the exact car we were looking for. Even when I had to take my car in to have a remote start put in they lent out a car for me to drive around while it was getting worked on. The issues we encountered however was that we had purchased a Remote Start to be installed and an extra Key Fob but nearly a month had gone and we hadn’t heard from the dealership for a time to get these items or have them installed. We had to call them up to get it scheduled as the paperwork had been mishandled at some point. After getting the remote start installed I only received one remote start transmitter instead of two as the place that installed it could not get the 2nd one to work. I was told someone would call me to get the 2nd one set up with the car. However no one ever did and I had to call Kia Hendrick, luckily Karei was understanding of the situation and got me in-contact with the place that installed it and we were able to get it sorted out. I also had an issue with getting my VSA agreement canceled, I had to call multiple times to figure out exactly how to get it canceled and finally got in-contact with financial to get it sorted out. Overall, the buying experience was good, but having to call multiple times for multiple things was not ideal but at least I was able to get it sorted out. More
