This is my second purchase from Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte. He was extremely responsive to my questions and able to work out a great deal with a trade-in prior to my driving to Charlotte. Upon arrival he had most of the paperwork completed and let me know what was happening throughout the process. Next up was Paul for all the signatures and confirmations of our new purchase.
