She is always professional and does it with a warm and welcoming smile. She goes beyond the call of duty and even waited for my late arrival for pick up of my vehicle and return of a loaner vehicle. MR. Parsons has been my Sales Agent for the last 2 or 3 Lexus I have leased.He is always dedicated to locating the right car for me. During the COVID-19 crises when the vehicle I wanted was almost impossibe to locate he knocked a home run. More
