I had a great experience with Ralph. I had an issue with my Subaru I could not get the running lights to shut off. He figured it out there was a button on the steering wheel and one I pu I had an issue with my Subaru I could not get the running lights to shut off. The entire experience, from the moment we entered the showroom until the moment I left with my new car, was what I would expect from a Lexus dealership. In fact, it was actually above what I expected since our salesman, Jaysen Coffil, went way above and beyond in order to convince me to buy my Lexus. As so many dealerships are experiencing, Lexus did not have my model in the showroom. I wanted to drive a hybrid, and the only one around was Jaysen’s personal car. He pulled it up, put me in the driver’s seat, and it took about 15 seconds before I was hooked. He knew everything about the car, answered questions I didn’t know to ask, and secured the sale. When I arrived to pick up my car, Ralph Yerkes took me through every feature and helped me get set up for the maiden voyage. I felt like a valuable client, I felt supported, and I feel like I will buy my next car from him again. No doubt. And, as a bonus, I adore my new car. She drives like I’m on a layer of satin and is so, so quiet. More
