Purchased my 5th Lexus from Hendrick Lexus Independence two weeks ago. It was an outstanding experience. It started with a conversation with my service advisor, Rickey, who updated me on the used and new two weeks ago. It was an outstanding experience. Rickey then passed my name on to the Lexus new car team. Thomas Bridges followed up with me and within a couple of days we had the basics of a trade and purchase. Thomas didn’t have the car I wanted in their current inventory, so he worked with his manager to find the car in Georgia and have it delivered to the Charlotte store. On the day of delivery Thomas did a great job with the handoffs to service program (Tyler, the business manager), technology (Jaylen) and customer service (Ricky). I was in and out within two hours on the day of delivery. The car is a big improvement over my 2014 ES300h. After the sale Thomas has followed up to check on my satisfaction. Thomas and the full team exceeded my expectations and I remain a very satisfied customer of Hendrick Lexus. More
