Took my 2021 Lexus for scheduled 12 month service and to repair cosmetic damage to wheel. We have always taken our Lexuses (we've owned three) to Hendrick Lexus, Charlotte-Indep. Blvd., location, for service and they have never failed to exceed our expectations. Most recently, Ricky Surratt, wa Hendrick Lexus, Charlotte-Indep. Blvd., location, for service and they have never failed to exceed our expectations. Most recently, Ricky Surratt, was our service technician. He explained everything in understandable language and helped us make an informed decision on service that we needed versus service that was optional. I'd trust his judgment on any service issue. Also, Hendrick Lexus has always had a loaner car available, even on short notice. Other dealers have loaners, but typically in such small numbers that I've had too wait 1-2 weeks to get a service loaner. All in all, Hendrick Lexus is the pinnacle of excellence in auto service. I'll never go anywhere else. More
