A poor excuse of a dealership, especially a luxury brand. We saw a car Saturday afternoon. Not being in a hurry, we put money down and said we can finish on Monday so they wouldn't have to stay late. Monday We saw a car Saturday afternoon. Not being in a hurry, we put money down and said we can finish on Monday so they wouldn't have to stay late. Monday at noon we were supposed to pick up the car. On the way there we get a call saying the car was already sold to someone else. What???? Sales manager had failed to pull the keys prior so it wouldn't be sold. We won't be back. What if we had stayed and completed the sale on Saturday? Then the other buyer would have been screwed. If this is how they do business I don't want anything to do with Hendrick. For a flagship dealer they are poorly run. I would give them zero stars if I could. More
