Vanessa Hardley always gives great customer service and follows up with her customers. She is very friendly and thorough. I highly recommend her. We performed the 120k service on my Lexus and I am giving this 5 stars because of Vanessa. However, I must say that Lexus WAY overcharges for this service. The cost of this is close to $2,000 and most of that money is just "checking everything". I basically just replaced the wiper blades and had them clean out the rear HVAC. I understand that labor costs money, but it really was over the top to charge that much for a check up. Other than that, I am always happy with my experience at Lexus. More
