I was hesitant to bring my car in for service for normally I avoid dealerships. After my mechanic went out of business I decided to give Hendrick Lexus a try. I received A-1 service from Erin who ex normally I avoid dealerships. After my mechanic went out of business I decided to give Hendrick Lexus a try. I received A-1 service from Erin who explained the entire process. Plus, she and the technician noticed my warranty was about to expire and completed the extra work to avoid a second trip to the dealership which would have caused me to come out of pocket. My service will be done by Erin and Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte from now on. More
