I am giving this Hendrick Dealership a 4/5 rating and the rating is focused mainly on changes made by Lexus that the dealership and myself have yet to understand. My new 2021 GX460 PREMIUM unlike my 2016 GX rating is focused mainly on changes made by Lexus that the dealership and myself have yet to understand. My new 2021 GX460 PREMIUM unlike my 2016 GX460 PREMIUM does not have POWER SIDE VIEW MIRRORS. This means - living in a condo with very tight vertical garage doors - that I need to enter/exit my SUV EVERY TIME to avoid damaging the vehicle. This is the 3rd or 4th Lexus I have owned and it is an extreme disappointment. There is no way to retro fit to correct the issue. WHAT WAS LEXUS THINKING? LEXUS - PLEASE RESPOND! More
