Hendrick Lexus Charlotte surpassed all my expectations. I was looking for a specific model, color, and overall features, and Josh Plummer found us the perfect vehicle. I drove two hours to pick up my vehicle was looking for a specific model, color, and overall features, and Josh Plummer found us the perfect vehicle. I drove two hours to pick up my vehicle and upon inspection there was a small tear in the leather. Josh saw how disappointed I was and he found a great solution to not only have it repaired like new again, but had my car delivered two hours away to my work. My beautiful GX arrived in perfect condition. Juan Carlos delivered it with the big red bow on top! I highly recommend Hendrick Lexus Charlotte! More
