Excellent customer service. I had an upholstery issue that needed repaired. Ms Hardley tried to find a place closer to my home for the repair but when she couldn’t she told me she would contact me the ne that needed repaired. Ms Hardley tried to find a place closer to my home for the repair but when she couldn’t she told me she would contact me the next day with an resolution. Once I received her call I had an appointment set and loaner for me to drive until work was completed. The upholstery team completed the job by the next day. He was great working with the Hendricks team. More

I took my car in because it was making a knocking sound. Very easy to make an appointment and the phone reps are always pleasant.
