I just had another good visit to Hendrick Lexus- East Blvd, Charlotte, NC. I dealt with Service Advisor Jeff Granzen, as I always do, and he was just great, as usual. I spent my waiting time in their spacious, well lit, waiting lounge with a complimentary soft drink (snacks are available too).I interacted with other staff and they were all uniformly pleasant and knowledgeable and more than willing to help you.
