The service technician Jeff Granzen is the best service technician I have ever worked w I had my car serviced at Hendrick Lexus Charlotte on 10/10/18. The service technician Jeff Granzen is the best service technician I have ever worked with. I purchased my car from this location and I always have my car serviced there. Even though there is another Lexus dealership closer to me I get "Top Notch" service from Jeff. I will continue to go the extra miles to get the level of service Jeff provides. I hope Jeff gets all of the accolades he deserves from Lexus because he truly makes owners feel they made the right choice with Lexus. Having him as my service technician lets me know the right choice was made by pairing him with me. I do not and will not use any other technician. More

Love the car but ... Purchased a pre owned Lexus here , i like the car but it’s something all the time . First , wouldn’t pass inspection because of window tint and i p Purchased a pre owned Lexus here , i like the car but it’s something all the time . First , wouldn’t pass inspection because of window tint and i purchased it like that. I paid fof they. They redid the windows then they inspected it which they charged . We live a hour and 15 minutes away so it’s not just easy to plan this . Then about 6 months later we get a letter and need to bring it down for a recall , we drive hour 15 minutes there , they give us a loaner , we drive back the next day and pick up , this has been a lot of time & money in gas . He only had the car little of a year. Also , we called about window tinting and explained we couldn’t get it inspected no problem bring it in we will take care of it . Then when we were giving all info to leave car , they ask how we were going to pay ? No , your suppose to fix , then had to explain problem again , it’s not that persons fault it’s the person who takes information over the phone should have that written down, do there is no confusion . Another thing you should have all the paperwork ready just read over it & sign . Everytime we have to wait on someone to do paperwork, paperwork should be ready . ( Just my opinion ) More
