I took my RX 350 in for brake light warning. The diagnosis called for a replacement component. My advisor Mike Mirek, told me that the repair would take a day to install. I was going out of town and Mike told me that they would bring the car to my home when completed. When I returned I drove the car on a short errand and saw fluid on the garage floor. I called Mike and he had the Service Manager, Tony, come out to my home. Tony looked at the fluid and decided to have a truck come and take the car back in the shop. Mike called later and said that he wanted to keep the car for a few days after repair so he and Tony could drive the car several times over the week. I was out of town and they assured me that after testing that they would return the car to my garage. My car was returned and all is well. I appreciated the work that Mike orchestrated to make sure that the vehicle was ready to drive safely and the input and help from the other Hendrick Lexus employees. I have every confidence in the Hendrick team in this instance and all other visits. More
