I went in for a flat tire on my 6 month old 2025 Lexus GX 550 Lux+. Had a nail in my tire. They "repaired" it. Well by the next morning my tire was flat again. So back to back days of flats with spare tire b 550 Lux+. Had a nail in my tire. They "repaired" it. Well by the next morning my tire was flat again. So back to back days of flats with spare tire being put on car. Unfortunately, I was heading out of town to drive to FL that day. I asked if I could get a new tire bc I bought the tire package. Nope no new tires in stock. And was told I had to go to a Hendrick in FL to get a new tire. Well I am in Sarasota where there is no Hendrick. So I called the closest one which is 1.5 hrs away. I was told I'd have to drive there for an inspection so they could order the tire. So now I would have 3 visits to get a new tire. What is the point of the tire package. I am really annoyed and frustrated. Not only did I drive across the country with no spare and I am a single woman in my 50s. I now still have no new tire. Completely ridiculous. More
