The Sales Consultant, Duke Hergatt, and the Concierge Specialist, Ralph Yerkes, were both top-notch, very helpful, and very pro Charlotte Location . The Sales Consultant, Duke Hergatt, and the Concierge Specialist, Ralph Yerkes, were both top-notch, very helpful, and very professional However the Business Manager, Donte Small, tried to sell us additional vehicle coverages between $8,000 - $13,000. When we told him we were not interested in the additional coverages, his tone shifted and he seemed mad and rude. We asked for his business card, and he gave us a female employee's card instead of his own which was unprofessional and left a bad impression. More
