Jaylen Rudisell always takes the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and this time was no different, he made sure I got the exact color I requested. Throughout the process he stayed in touch, kept me updated, and worked to get me a great deal. He’s consistently friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which makes the entire car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. When you find someone you trust who delivers every time, you stick with them and that’s exactly why I continue to go back. After my purchase, I had an exceptional experience with Jordan McIntyre, Lexus Concierge who walked me through the technology in my car. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every feature in my new IS in a way that was clear and easy to understand. He made sure I was comfortable using the technology before we finished and never made the process feel rushed. What stood out most was his genuine willingness to help; he even offered to remain available if I have questions later as I continue learning the car. Then, signing on the line with Paul Tsiolkas, Business Manager in finance was one of the most meaningful parts of my car-buying experience.
