I had my car serviced in a recall replaced today. Jeff and the service department were outstanding. He provided clear expectations as to timing, he provided a shuttle for me to go take my own car somewher and the service department were outstanding. I took my Lexus R350 in for a quick check on a tire that was low on air pressure. Jeff Grantzen got me in right away.
