A while ago, I called David Machold in a panic for I had put my keys on the backseat of my Lexus. Looking for my keys I couldn't find them. I realized they had slipped down underneath the backseat and unab put my keys on the backseat of my Lexus. Looking for my keys I couldn't find them. I realized they had slipped down underneath the backseat and unable for me to retrieve them. When I called David, he stated, "don't worry, come over anytime and I'll get your keys." When I arrived at the Lexus dealer on Independence it took David less than four minutes to retrieve my keys from underneath the backseat. What a relief!! Thank you so much, David. Ingrid More
