My husband and I came to the dealership to expecting to buy a car that day; it was our 3rd stop of the day after being disappointed at other dealerships in the area. When we got to Lexus, we expected it to be the same uncomfortable and high pressure. But what we found was the exact opposite, no one bothered us the entire time we were walking the lot, (but we were aware of employees around in case we had questions). We got a couple cars in mind we wanted to test drive and proceed to the building. There we were greeted by George who was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us no pressure at all and let us lead the way in our buying experience with just the right amount of guidance. We test drove our 1st pick and there wasn't a bell or whistle that George didn't know about in full detail and he could answer all of our questions. We decided right then and there to buy. George was very conscious of our time and moved us through the process very smoothly. All of the people we encountered that day were great! We will definitely shop at Lexus again in the future and recommend it too our friends! The customer service is impeccable. my husband and i were not in the market for new cars my husband and i were not in the market for new cars until his vehicle was totaled in a rear end collision. we were thrust into the position of cho my husband and i were not in the market for new cars until his vehicle was totaled in a rear end collision. we were thrust into the position of choosing a replacement from among ALL the upper end makes and models in a relatively short period of time. we did our homework to narrow down the possibilities and then went to four dealerships to get more info and make test drives. we have bought cars from hendrick lexus in the past and have been very pleased with the vehicles as well as the dealership. this was the first time we met cliff, and we found him to be very personable, helpful, and informative. he knew almost everything we wanted to know about the models, and, if he didn't, was more than happy to secure the info we sought. he was there when we needed him and did not hound us about the sale. he listened to our requests and handled the offers our quickly, objectively, and professionally. he stayed several hours after his day should have ended to take care of us and make the sale. i feel that my husband and i came away feeling happy about our new purchases and the whole experience. cliff has been helpful since the sale as well, answering the few questions that have arisen since we signed the dotted line. i feel as if i could call him at any time and he would give the same courteous help. all in all, a very nice experience. Michael Diaz, is without a doubt, the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with during a car purchase. He was the salesman I met when I entered the door at Hendrick Lexus. He never asked "when" or pushed for the deal of the day. In fact, at the end of the visit I asked him not to give me a follow-up call while I was searching for my wife's next car. He respected that wish. Michael is not a pressure sales guy. He demonstrated as much detail as I was willing to hear. He truly knows more about his product than any dealer representative I met while looking at 10 or so car makes. Michael is enthusiastic about his product and explains all aspects very well. When I called him for an appointment for my wife to take a test drive, he had the car ready and waiting at the front. When I called for her second test drive and told him it had to be a red ES 350, that's the car he had, ready at the front door. After the sale, he followed-up to ensure that everything was ok. When we had trouble with the Bluetooth pairing with my particular phone make, it was Michael who found the expert who eventually made it work. We now have about 1800 miles on her new car, Michael has made it clear that anytime we need anything, he will be there. He has fullfilled that promise! He offered us something to drink and showed us around the beautiful dealership. George met with us from 3 o'clock until 6:45 and went beyond "the call of duty". He explained everything about the Lexus, helped me set up the phone, radio and navigation system. He was wonderful and even though we stayed so long, he never rushed us. I appreciate the fact George gave us his best price by phone and did not waste our time. I was ready to buy and had already checked prices in Columbia and Charleston SC areas. George had the best price and got me exactly what I wanted! I am so happy with my first Lexus. Thanks to George, the entire experience was truly outstanding.
