I’ve come to this dealership for the bigger jobs on my vehicle for the past 3 years or so. I’ve worked with Brian D. every time. Even after not having to bring my vehicle in for over a year, as I do the r vehicle for the past 3 years or so. I’ve worked with Brian D. every time. Even after not having to bring my vehicle in for over a year, as I do the regular maintenance items on my own, he remembered me. Thats the kind of service that creates return customers. Everything besides has also been great- all the staff there has been extremely professional. The detail/wash after every visit is a very nice added touch. The facility is commensurate with the lexus brand, very nice, with a great waiting area and clean bathrooms, a workspace for waiting customers, comfortable couches, and good coffee machines. More
