This is the second car I have personally purchased from this dealership (third or fourth within my family). I bought a 2022 Lexus NX and now I just purchased a 2024 Lexus GX. Both times I also worked with this dealership (third or fourth within my family). I bought a 2022 Lexus NX and now I just purchased a 2024 Lexus GX. Both times I also worked with salesman Brian Muckelvene Jr. (BJ). BJ has been an AMAZING salesman and treated me more like a friend or family member. His manager, Lamar Crenshaw, was great as well. I will definitely work with both again. Ralph Yerkes was my technology specialist this time around. He explained everything in the car super well and answered all my questions. Ivan Blair did all my finances. He made the process easy and share the warranties, but he never pressured me to choose any (ended up choosing one anyways). I also enjoyed getting to know everyone on a more personal level. I highly recommend this dealership and I will definitely be buying my next Lexus from here again and will choose BJ as my salesman again. BUT I do plan on keeping this GX for awhile. More
